What You Can Expect.

 

Prior to Arrival.

  • Pre-vacuum all carpeted areas.

  • Pull back any floor length draperies so they are at least 6 inches above the floor.

  • Remove all items from tables.

  • Move any small pieces of furniture (floor lamps, dining room chairs, magazine racks, small end tables) that you are able to.

  • You will receive a call or text from 616-930-2100 when the crew is en route to your appointment.

  • Advise your technician of any areas of concern.

  • Secure all pets in a safe location, for their safety and that of our technician.

 

After Your Appointment.

  • Plastic tabs or blocks may be left under some furniture to assist in the drying process, please leave them there for 24 hours or until the carpet is completely dry.

  • While often the carpet is dry in 4-8 hours after an appointment, please allow 24 hours for carpets to completely dry. Also, use caution when transitioning from carpet to hard floors as your feet/socks may be slippery when damp.

  • We do everything possible to reduce or eliminate pet odors; however, due to the depth of saturation 100% success is not always attainable. Also, for a few days after cleaning you may notice an elevated odor due to higher humidity levels from the steam cleaning.
